Common Tactics I’ve Experienced Physical surveillance and being followed, sometimes ending in suspicious traffic stops. Potential electronic harassment, like unauthorized access to my devices or online accounts. Property tampering—my tires were slashed—and spreading rumors to undermine my reputation. Verbal threats or invasive questioning in public spaces to unsettle me. Psychological and Social Impact on Me Persistent fear and anxiety that make it hard to focus or relax. Physical symptoms such as headaches and feeling on edge when I suspect I’m being watched. Emotional distress from feeling dismissed by friends, family, and authorities.
